Extruder is leaking out of the top and bottom

by mrpenguin7

I got the v2 for xmas and I'm loving it so far (my first 3d printer). However, every time I do a print I have to pause halfway through to clear off all the PLA that's leaking out of the sides of the nozzle and the top part.

I tried cleaning everything and I think I did okay (there was still a little PLA on the nozzle threads, not sure how to get this off). However, even after tightening both the heatsink and the nozzle as much as I could without feeling like I was breaking it, it still leaks. Furthermore, the nozzle actually unscrews a little during the print. Every hour or so I have to pause the print, peel off the PLA with tweezers, and tighten the nozzle again.

I'm not sure what to do at this point. Do I just buy a new nozzle? Is there a better way to clean off my existing one? Am I doing something wrong?
